Shipping Policy

At Wernest, we want every delivery to reach you quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. This page explains how we process, ship, and track your orders across India.

1. Shipping Partners

We've partnered with leading logistics providers such as Shiprocket and Delhivery to ensure reliable and nationwide delivery coverage. Depending on your location or order type, we may also work with other trusted courier partners to meet promised timelines.

  • Door-to-door delivery to most pincodes across India.
  • Real-time shipment tracking with proactive status updates.
  • Reverse logistics support for returns and exchanges.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after we confirm your payment. During peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS (with a tracking link) as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your delivery pin-code and courier partner availability. Estimated transit windows are outlined below:

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email/SMS containing your tracking ID and a link to monitor the shipment's journey. For example, you may receive links such as https://shiprocket.co/tracking or https://www.delhivery.com/track. You can also track your orders via the “My Account → Orders” section on our website. If you notice any delays or delivery issues, drop us a note at support@wernest-store.com with your order ID.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹79 may apply.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a handling fee of ₹50.
  • All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable contact number, the package will return to our warehouse. Contact our support team to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Inspect the parcel for tampering or visible damage before accepting it from the courier.
  • Capture clear photos/videos of the package before opening it if you notice any damage.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@wernest-store.com with your order ID and media evidence so we can coordinate a resolution quickly.

8. International Shipping

We currently deliver only within India. International shipping options will be introduced soon — subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram for updates.

9. Address & Contact Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address and contact details before confirming the order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Unavailable contact numbers during delivery attempts.
  • Restrictions in certain locations (e.g., defense zones, high-security areas).

10. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

While we work with trusted partners, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to events beyond our control such as severe weather, natural calamities, strikes, transport restrictions, government regulations, or public health advisories. Should such delays arise, we'll keep you informed via email or SMS notifications.
