Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns will only be accepted if initiated by the customer through their account/order history.
- For quality assurance, we require customers to upload images of the product before submitting a return request.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return. Submit a return request and upload clear images of the product.
- Verification: Our support team will review the request and images. If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we'll provide the next steps for shipping the item back.
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Exchanges Policy
- Customers may opt for a free exchange (size or color) within the 7-day return window.
- If an exchange is chosen, return shipping costs will be fully waived.
- Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns (unused, unopened, original packaging).
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are only possible before an order is packed for shipment. Once dispatched, it must follow the return process.
- To cancel, visit My Account → Orders, select the relevant order, and choose the cancellation option. You'll receive a confirmation email or SMS once the request is accepted.
- If your order was prepaid, approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled will not be charged; however, frequent last-minute cancellations may impact COD eligibility.
Important Notes
- Damaged, used, or opened items will not be eligible for a refund.
- If the item is returned in a damaged or unsellable condition, we may deduct a restocking fee (5–10%) or return the item to you at your expense.
- We bear the return shipping cost for eligible returns in metro, Tier 1, and Tier 2 zones. For remote or high-cost zones, a nominal return shipping fee may apply.
- If the return is initiated within the first 3 days of delivery, we absorb the full return shipping cost. After 3 days, customers may be charged a fixed return fee or deduction.
- If your product is damaged during delivery, please share clear images and we will issue a refund.
- As our products come directly from the factory with strict quality checks, if you notice a quality issue such as wear or tear within the stated return period, please share images and we will arrange for a replacement or return.
- We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products, and we expect returned items to be sent back in the same condition so they can be made available for other customers.
- Abuse of returns (e.g., frequent returns above a certain percentage of orders) may lead to stricter rules such as shorter windows or customer-borne shipping charges.

- During checkout, we will clearly indicate whether your order qualifies for free return shipping or a nominal return fee.
